I can't find any info on this item but it is soooo cool. Wood box appears the have markings like it was a gun box. The strapping appears to be real leather but does not have any tag to verify. The closure to the box looks to be a tooth or bone of some sort ( again just guessing as I can't verify ) I want to stress the condition of this is no where near perfect, there are several dings and imperfections in the box and leather. This is a very old piece, in very old condition, but it is functional and would make be a cool vintage piece to own.
