It is from the mid 20thC and is in good condition.
This is a stunning Oriental silk Embroidered Tapestry which has been placed within a glass frame to make it into a wall hanging. There is fixing on the back and is ready to hang. The work shows beautiful detail and is oriental/ Chinese textile/ fabric tapestry embroidery with metallic thread detail & fabric, and is fantasic work. It is in a used vintage condtion and there are no breaks, cracks or tears. Beautifully executed, florals, peonies and butterfly. Double silk jacquard borders and lined with silk.
