Packaging on both are very shelf worn...but never opened or played with. They are being listed as good and priced accordingly because of package condition. The yellowing of the plastic tray that holds Doc Ock is from age of item not smoke....it is common for some plastic because of microscopic defects to deteriate ...this yellowing does not affect the toy in any way. These toys are 20 years old so keep that in mind
SOLD AS IS....sorry to be annoying with this point but I had a sale recently where the packaging was bad but kept in tact rather than removed ....expressly to be an opener ....thinking by leaving it in the factory packaging it would keep the item new/fresh until opened.....and then was rated poorly because it was not mint.
