This is a cookbook published in 1927 (Showa 2).
The recipes are just text.
The fact that curry rice is written as "rice curry" gives it a retro feel.
There are also Japanese dishes like tempura and simmered dishes, but also Western dishes like cabbage rolls and chicken salad,
drinks like pocket ramune and cocoa,
and desserts like donuts, "budau jierē" (grape jam?), and steamed bread...
It's full of interesting things.

Besides recipes, there are also pages on sample menus, table manners, and nutrition.

As shown in the photos, there are some old scribbles on the back cover and a few pages.
Overall, it's old, so there are stains and discoloration.
