material is soft and stretchy - but it has an wired strip of white elastic at the waist that shows and which makes it might make it difficult to get into . the cut is also kinda strange -the seam down the front of the skirt runs on an angle -closer to one side seam than the other -making it feel askew .so instead of creating the high low hem they were trying to do
