Metal spiral binding. Wood-look paper over hard cover boards. Definitely a cooks copyused condition. Some wear on the cover. Pages are all readable, but there are some spots and some pencil marks.
This is an unusual cookbook. All the meat recipes are presented in the context of a menu for a family dinner AND a company dinner. They are grouped by the cooking method. All the baked and roasted meats are together, all the broiled or fried meats are together all the braised or stewed are together. Theres a separate chapter for pot luck dinners.
