This is a string of wedding cake style beads. There is no clasp and it would not be long enough to fit over your head. They are either a cobalt blue glass or ceramic with a bronze metallic raised paint and some of them have what appears to be small colored rhinestones on them. They have the look of handmade and are possibly Murano. There are 23 of them on the string. They are dirty and need a good cleaning but they all appear to be in very good condition.
